如何导出和备份用户Outlook配置文件?

要导出和备份用户Outlook配置文件,请执行以下操作:

步骤1:关闭您的Microsoft Outlook,然后按 Win+ R 同时打开“运行”对话框。

步骤2:输入 注册表编辑器可选 运行对话框中的框,然后单击 OK 按钮。

步骤4:现在,注册编辑器窗口打开。 找出带有以下路径的Profile文件夹:

对于Outlook 2010和2007:HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Windows NT \ CurrentVersion \ Windows Messaging Subsystem \ Profiles

对于Outlook 2013:HKEY_CURRENT_USER \ Software \ Microsoft \ Office \ 15.0 \ Outlook \ Profiles

步骤5:在“注册表编辑器”窗口中右键单击配置文件文件夹,然后选择 出口 从右键单击菜单中。 请参见上面的屏幕截图。

步骤6:然后出现“导出注册表文件”对话框。 在此对话框中,请:

(1)打开要将导出的用户Outlook配置文件保存到的文件夹;

(2)在导出的用户Outlook配置文件中输入名称 文件名 框;

然后,将用户Outlook配置文件导出并立即保存到指定的文件夹中。

步骤7:关闭Register Editor窗口。

注意:Microsoft Outlook将通过双击导出的配置文件来还原用户Outlook配置文件。

This sounds like what I was looking for. But I'm wondering what information is held in the user profile. For example, are my rules, categories, display settings (including views, conditional formatting, folder pane setup), etc. held in there?

Question: I've found two different export targets, the one you show, and another that uses HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Windows Messaging Subsystem\Profiles]
