I have downloaded a trial version of KuTools for Words (Latest One) but after installing and enable KuTool not appearing as a tab in MS Word 2007. Please resolve.
Thank you very much, it now appears on the Word menu. I will now KUTools.jpg go ahead and test the functionality.

Hello,
We have fixed it. Please reinstall it.
https://download.extendoffice.com/downloads/WordKutools.exe
I am going into hospital tomorrow for a back operation and will probably be out of action for up to 6 weeks.
I nevertheless did the following:
  1. I uninstalled KUTools and MS Office 2007[/*]
  2. I then reinstalled MS Office 2007[/*]
  3. I then reinstalled KUTools.exe (the version you suggested)[/*]
  4. Result: Exactly the same; the KUTools menu item is still absent.[/*]

That was the version I started with and if you scroll back in our conversation you will see that I at one stage completely reinstalled MS Office, then reinstalled KUTools and it also did not help.

Hello,
Please try to disable all the other add-ins.

And then please install this version.

I have done further investigation and came across something rather strange. When I go into Word Options ... Add-Ins  and I click on the "Go" button at the bottom and I try to enable the KUTools Add-In I get a strange error (it happens for both "KUTools for Word" and "KUTools for Word checker":

It is turned on and has been right from the start of our conversation.

Hello,
Please try to make sure the Kutools for Word Setting Center is enabled. Please access the Setting Center with the Admin account.

I have tried the MSI versions on a third PC running Windows 8.1. Here are the results:
  1. 32bit: KUTools are shown in the add-ins but the menu items still does not appear.[/*]
  2. 64bit: KUTools are shown as Inactive, but when I try to activate it, I get an error message. [/*]

Hello,
Please pay attention to the file extensions when uploading the files.
Please go to uninstall the Kutools for Word from the Control Panel first.
Please try the msi packages.
If you are using the 32 bit version of the Word 2007, please try to install this 32 bit msi.
Otherwise, you will need to install this 64 bit
Thanks.

1. I was trying to attach JPEG and ZIP, both are supposed to be valid.
2. I uninstalled KUTools from my second PC and tried both the 32bit and 63 bit MSI packages. Both still do not show KUTools in the menu.
I cannot even uninstall KUTools!!!

My attachments get lost when I submit?????
Sorry about the mess with my messages. Let me try and explain again:
  1. Word 2007 does not have an option to customize the Ribbon, only the Quick Access Toolbar. See attached screendump. I have also checked this with local experts who have confirmed this.[/*]
  2. My video capture is too large to attach, but is only proves that there is no Ribbon customize option anywhere.[/*]
Do you have any other Word 2007 customers?

I have tried installing your add-in on Online Word 365, but it won't allow me to do so.

It seems that all my attachments on my previous messages disappeared. I will try to attach them again.
Look at this video screen capture
I also do not see the "Main tabs" option anywhere in Word 2007. It has no options anywhere to add/remove/reset the ribbon. One can only customize the Quick Access Toolbar.
In Word 2007 there is no option anywhere to rest the ribbon.
