Hello, I'm spitting out data from Access into Excel that has multiple records with the same Primary Key (company name) some of these companies have multiple members. I'm trying to do a mail merge with a PDF document and I need the names all on the same row, each name has multiple columns associated with it ie: shares, address.

Is there a way to combine the rows if the primary key is the same with this program?
