请执行以下操作,以将联系人批量添加到Outlook中的联系人组。

1.移至 联系我们 or 员工 通过单击查看并创建新的联系人组 新联络人群组主页 标签在Outlook 2010和2013中。

在Outlook 2007中,单击 全新 按钮,然后选择 分发列表 在下拉菜单中。

备注:如果要批量添加联系人到现有联系人组,请双击以将其打开。

2.在 联络小组 窗口中,单击 新增成员 > 从Outlook联系人联络小组 标签。

分发列表 Outlook 2007中的窗口,单击 选择会员 分发列表 标签。

3.在 选择会员 对话框,您需要:

1)。 选择联系人所在的联系人文件夹 地址簿 下拉框;

2)。 持有 按Ctrl 如果联系人不连续,请按键逐个选择联系人。 或点击第一个联系人,按住 转移 键并单击最后一个联系人(如果联系人在联系人文件夹中是连续的);

3)。 点击 成员 按钮;

4)。 点击 OK 按钮。

4.然后将联系人批量添加到联系人组。 点击 保存并关闭 按钮来保存它。

备注:如果这是一个新创建的联系人组,则需要先在“名称”框中键入一个名称,然后再保存它。

In fact, step 4, you can paste in "Members" field a list of address : like "Name1 FirstName1 <> ; Name2 FirstName2 <> ; etc. " but a adress list is still not a group shared with organisation in "Global Adress".

the c0cksucklers microsoft have done everything to slow down office. these3 motherfkkcers have added lots of unwanted features, but a simpl.e motyher.fu.cking method to cut and paste ppl from your list of contacts to a distribution list/ no .....coock.suckkers dont know how to do that

But what if i am adding 5000 addresses who are not in my address book to begin with? This is bad advice for a different problem than the header describes.

I found a solution to this, and it involves google because microsoft software is terrible. I was able to paste a list of email addresses into a new google contact list, they actually know how to handle simple tasks. You can then export the contact list in the outlook format. You can then import that file into outlook. Terrible, microsoft should be ashamed of themselves, but at least this method works.

Thank you very much! This is a simple elegant solution to an issue that many of us face, but Outlook doesn't provide any built-in obvious way to do it. I shudder to think how many total hours users have spent trying to figure this out.

Is there a way to do this with just email addresses that aren't in the address book?
