(2.)然后选择 自定义公式是 来自 如果格式化单元格 下拉列表,然后输入以下公式: = $ B:$ B = max(B:B) 在文本框中突出显示B列中的最大值;

(1.)点击 按钮下 适用于范围 部分以选择要突出显示前/后n个值的数据列;

(2.)然后选择 自定义公式是 来自 设置单元格格式 如果是下拉列表,然后输入以下公式: = $ B2> =大($ B $ 2:$ B,3) 在文本框中突出显示B列中的前三个值;

备注:要突出显示底部的三个值,请输入以下公式: = $ B2 <=小($ B $ 2:$ B,3).

А как сделать выделение цветом если значения(цены) в разных столбцах?

Hello, Anatol
Maybe there is no direct may for solving this task.
If your data in multiple columns, to highlight the largest value from them, you should apply the formula into the Conditional Formatting one by one column.

Why? :(

Hello, Adrian
Sorry, I'm looking in the wrong, your language is German,😓.
Mybe you can translate the large function in the formula into german, and you can replace the comma with semicolon.
=$B2>=large($B$2:$B,3)

Your text to link

OK. Now the formula fits more than before. But why do Google highlight that stupid numbers. It's not what the formula should do.

Could you check it please?

Thanks!

Hello,
First, please change the data range to P3:P992, because your data range starts from the third row.
If this doesn't work either, please translate the large function in the formula into german.
Thank you!

It says "invalid formula"

Hello, Adrian,
In your screenshot, your language is French. This problem may be caused by the different language .
Perhaps, you can try to translate the large function in the formula into French.

Please try, thank you!

minimum formula isn't working on google sheet

I am using the =$B2<=small($B$2:$B,3) formatting for a spreadsheet to highlight the (5) smallest values in a column and it works great. However not all of the cells will have a value and the CF formula wants to highlight the blank cells. How do I ignore the blank cells? I tried adding another rule for "is empty" but it didn't work?

I figured it out, but if there is an easier way please share.

This is what I came up with =IF(C17<>"",C17<=small($C$17:$C$26,5),"")

Hello Tom,

Thanks for your share. Your formula works perfectly when I want to ignore the blank cells while highlighting the Nth smallest values.

And the reason why the blank cells can be highlighted is that a blank cell is treated as value zero (0). When 0 is among the top/bottom Nth values, the blank cells will be highlighted.

So there also can be a case when we want to hightlight the 5 largest values in a column and 0 can be among the top 5 values, so the blank cells can also be highlighted. Please use the formula like =IF(A1<>"",A1>=LARGE($A$1:$A$24,5),""). Then the blank cells will be ignored. Please see the attached screenshots.

Thanks again for your kindness. Have a nice day.

Sincerely,
Mandy

This is the formulat if you want to apply to select range instead of entire column:
=if($e$18:$e$27="",FALSE,e18:e27=max($e$18:$e$27))

It works well, Thanks!!

Why doesn't this work if you only need the top 2 values? Example would from a full row from C18 to I18. Need a little help. Thanks!
