I've just upgraded Outlook Hotmail and I want to display by first name. I've changed the setting for new additions, but can change the existing ones so that first names show up when I type in an address on an email

I want to see first name, last name in the "Full name" contacts window. When I enter a new contact name in Office 10 that way, it is fine, but the app "reads" the names in reverse order (displays "file as" with first name, comma, last name). When I click, in the (new) contact window, on Full Name", a window opens up showing that the name positions are reversed. If I correct this and put the names into the correct boxes, when I save and close, the "full name" displays in the wrong order!!!! All the contacts imported from my old Outlook/Office 2003 display correctly throughout.
