My organization was recently migrated from the desktop Outlook app to the web based 365 outlook, and there is no file tab. I can tell you straight, as someone with a deep legal background (yes I'm an attorney), I cannot recommend the new 365 web based Outlook to any organization as it is fraught with pitfalls for any organization. There are record retention issues, issues such as labeling confidential, the inability to use symbols us legal people use such as the section symbol, amongst many others, complete lack of copy, cut, past functionality, I could go on and on. Furthermore the web based is buggy, typing lags, it cuts out if you lose internet momentarily, which here in CA all that needs to happen is someone plug in a tesla and there is a momentary brown out, internet spazes out and you just lost a lot of work, doc issues, can't search by sender, etc. Microsoft better start fixing this quick or they will have a whole lot of litigation on their hands and will be riding the zuckerberg train to stock valuation ruination, which means more litigation. Don't force something that is barely passable as a home system off as usable for enterprise, this is a complete joke.

How can I set all email I receive, upon arrival and before I read them, as sensitive or confidential?

Question: What if the appointment syncing to my own calendar as private if I am the recipient, lets say an itinerary for a trip I book?

Howdy! I basically would like to give a huge thumbs up for the good data you've got here on this post. I will probably be coming once again to your weblog for far more soon. fbckaeffakdgfdea

Although this is great information, it still does not address what each sensitivity setting means for the RECIPIENT. Other than receiving a notification that the email message is Private, Personal, or Confidential, are there any restrictions to what the recipient can DO with my message that is marked either Private, Personal, or Confidential?
