Enable the Developer tab on the ribbon in Outlook 2010-2021 and 365

To add the Developer tab on the ribbon in Microsoft Outlook 2010 through 2021, as well as in Outlook 365, please do as following:

步骤1：点击文件 tab on the ribbon and select 附加选项.

步骤2： Outlook选项 对话框，单击 自定义功能区 在左侧栏上。

步骤3： 自定义经典功能区 部分，选择 主要标签 选项，然后选中旁边的框 开发商 标签。

步骤4：点击 OK.

然后，您将回到Microsoft Outlook的主要外观，并且可以看到 开发商 选项卡已添加到功能区上。

Enable the Developer tab in Message/Appointment/Contact Window of Outlook 2007

Although it's impossible to show the ribbon in Outlook 2007's main interface, we can add the Developer tab in the Message window, Appointment window, Contact window, etc. Here I will take the Message window for example.

Step 1: Create a new email message by clicking 文件 > 全新 > 邮件讯息.

步骤2：点击 办公按钮 在左上角> 编辑器选项 在“消息”窗口中。

Step 3: In the popping up Editor Options dialog box, click 热门 in the left pane, check the option next to 在功能区中显示“开发人员”选项卡，然后点击 OK 按钮。
