备注:本 =新 您在Source框中输入的是您在上述第6步中指定的范围名称。

9.然后 微软的Excel 弹出提示框,只需单击 按钮。

现在,使用其他工作簿中的数据创建下拉列表。 看截图:

备注: 这种方法有点受挫,使用下拉列表时,需要确保源数据工作簿是打开的,否则下拉列表不会显示。

Bonjour, merci beaucoup, j'avais ce souci et je viens d'avoir la réponse.

Svp j'ai un souci.
J'ai plusieurs feuilles Excel contenant des articles en colonne et leurs quantités.
J'ai consolidé toutes les feuilles sur une seule feuille pour avoir la somme des quantités par article sur cette feuille.

Quand je modifie, les quantités sur les différentes feuilles, la somme des quantités consolidées sur la feuille principale se met à jour.

Mais quand je modifie le nom d'un article sur une feuille ou j'ajoute un nouvel article sur une des feuilles. La modification de l'article n'est pas faite sur la feuille principale où j'ai tout consolidé. Svp comment faire?

gibt es eine andere Möglichkeit diese Verknüpfung für eine Drop-fown Liste zu erstellen sodass dabei die Quelle nicht permanent geöffnet sein muss?

As far as I know, this is the most common solution to this question.
Someone recommend to dynamically import the source data into the target workbook using Power Query. But I haven't explored the Power Query option. Sorry about that.

I am looking for the configuration info to be in another file/workbook. This suggestion doesn't really fit the the need. Thank you.

It works only if both workbooks are opened :(
If SourceData.xlsx file is closed the drop-down list won't scrolled...

how to get a list from another work sheet in a different folder? EX. i have a worksheet.xls and i have another sheet in folder link as new folder/worksheet.xls

It seems as if you close the source data workbook, the dropdowns in the New workbook do not work. Do you have to have both workbooks open at the same time?

Yes. The source list needs to be open always. Otherwise, it does not work.
